Will it change how they look?+

We repair damage and restore detail. We don't give anyone a new face. If a result doesn't look like the person you remember, email us and we'll make it right.

My photo is really damaged. Will it still work?+

Missing corners, deep creases, water stains and heavy fading are the most common jobs. Upload it and you'll see the free preview before paying anything.

Do I need a scanner?+

No. A phone photo of the print works well. Lay it flat near a window and avoid glare. You don't need to crop it: we find the photo on the table and straighten it for you.

Can I keep the free preview?+

No. The preview is watermarked and only there to show what we can do. Choose a plan and each restoration comes in full resolution, without the watermark. Switching between color and black and white is free; trying the restoration again uses another credit.

How do the plans work?+

It's a monthly plan. Your credits refill at the start of each billing month and work for restoring photos, creating new images and making videos. You can change your plan anytime from your account.
